Transition Personal Training was founded in 2013 by Luke and Rachael Burton. The company had humble beginnings, with little in the way of equipment, very few clients and operated out of Burton’s garage. A lot has changed in the years since then, although the concept remains the same – to promote a healthy and peaceful lifestyle for the entire family, using simple tools and techniques, and to offer the very best in support and education.

Today, Transition Personal Training is larger and has more clients, and the busy centre of operations is now a large warehouse in Kwinana, WA. The emphasis on family health is still there, along with a focus on providing personalised workouts for clients, enabling them to realise their fullest potential.
